US Central Command on Monday released video footage of strikes against Iranian missile launch sites as the country launches retaliatory strikes against US and Israeli targets.

Trump announced the operation on Saturday morning.

Trump later released a statement on Truth Social, confirming the death of the Ayatollah and urging the people of Iran to rise up and take over their government.

“The heavy and pinpoint bombing, however, will continue, uninterrupted throughout the week or, as long as necessary to achieve our objective of PEACE THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE EAST AND, INDEED, THE WORLD!” Trump said.

War Secretary Pete Hegseth told reporters during a press briefing on Monday, “We’re aggressively pushing into that airspace, over that southern flank to ensure that we control it and we destroy anything that moves that would attempt to shoot us. Think of it as shooting the archer instead of the arrows. That’s where we want to be, and we have the kind of exquisite intelligence to get over the top, find that and destroy it.”

Central Command wrote in a statement:

Iran continues to maliciously launch ballistic missiles, indiscriminately targeting military and civilian locations throughout the region. U.S. forces remain on the hunt to eliminate this threat. As the President has said, our resolve has never been stronger.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, four American service members have been killed in action from Iranian attacks.

Central Command announced on Sunday that three service members were killed, and five were “seriously wounded” in retaliatory missile strikes by Iran after US strikes killed Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Saturday.

“Several others sustained minor shrapnel injuries and concussions — and are in the process of being returned to duty,” Central Command said.

On Monday, Central Command confirmed an updated death toll, announcing that a fourth troop, “who was seriously wounded during Iran’s initial attacks,” has passed.

President Trump addressed the losses in an update on the operation on Sunday afternoon, expressing grief for the “true American patriots who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.” He said, “There will likely be more before it ends,” but “we’ll do everything possible, where that won’t be the case.”

“Combat operations continue at this time in full force, and they will continue until all of our objectives are achieved,” Trump said.
