New footage has emerged showing cross-dressing militant and self-described “Antifa General” Kyle Wagner apparently spitting on a federal agent during his arrest.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, 37-year-old Wagner was hauled out of a Minneapolis apartment building in a dramatic pre-dawn raid on Thursday by heavily armed DHS agents after a series of unhinged social media rants where he urged his followers to arm up and “hunt,” “cripple,” and “prosecute at the barrel of a gun” ICE and CBP officers.

Wagner, who proudly sported an “I ‘ M ANTIFA!” hoodie during the takedown, faces serious federal charges, including cyberstalking under 18 U.S.C. § 2261A(2) and making interstate threats under 18 U.S.C. § 875(c). These stem from his alleged doxxing of a pro-ICE supporter and calls for bloodshed against federal agents, whom he branded as “Gestapo” and “murderers.”

Now, a video obtained by The Daily Wire reveals Wagner’s defiant behavior escalating during the arrest.

In the clip, the activist, who authorities say was on the run after his threats, appears to spit directly at one of the agents.

This brazen act could potentially add assault on a federal officer to his growing rap sheet, which already carries a potential sentence of up to 26 years behind bars.

Wagner’s meltdown didn’t stop there. Reports from the scene described him as distraught and even crying as he was led away in cuffs.

The absurdity did not end there.

Minneapolis City Council Member Aisha Chughtai, a Democrat, said in a statement that the raid involved “ICE agents [breaking] down an apartment building’s door and two dozen agents [going] in and [arresting] a woman that was our neighbor.”

It is unclear if she is referring to Wagner’s cross-dressing past, or if she just had no idea what she was talking about.

She falsely claimed there was no arrest warrant and wailed about the community “continuing to experience tragedy after tragedy.”

The arrest warrant was issued on February 3.

DHS wrote of the arrest on X:

Today, HSI and DOJ arrested Kyle Wagner, a self-identified Antifa domestic terrorist in Minneapolis who conspired to threaten, dox, and kill our brave ICE officers.

He is charged with numerous federal crimes including Impeding/Retaliating Against a Federal Officer – Threatening Injury to Family, Interstate Domestic Violence, Conspiracy to Impede or Injure an Officer, Solicitation to Commit a Crime of Violence, and Interstate Communications.

The lawlessness is over Minnesota, and if you threaten or lay a hand on law enforcement, you will face justice.

Wagner made his initial court appearance on February 5 and remains in custody pending further proceedings.
