Vance Immediately Calls Out Fake News For Lying About ICE Agents During Visit to Minneapolis (VIDEO)

Vice President JD Vance traveled to Minneapolis on Thursday to discuss the federal government’s work to restore law and order in Minnesota.
Vance immediately came out swinging and called out the fake news for lying about the work ICE is doing in Minneapolis.
The Vice President was flanked by federal law enforcement as he took the media to task.
“I wanted to meet with business leaders, ICE officers, with local law enforcement to try to understand a little bit better about what’s going on so that we can tone down the temperature a little bit, reduce the chaos, but still allow us as a federal government to enforce federal immigration laws. That is the purpose of my visit,” Vance said.
Vance called out the lying media.
“The guys behind me are doing an incredible job and frankly, a lot of the media is lying about the job that they do every single day!” Vance said.
JD Vance backed law enforcement and said they are doing an amazing job despite being under duress.
“These people are under an incredible amount of duress and an incredible amount of chaos,” he said.
Vance continued, “And because of a few very far-left agitators, a lot of these guys are unable to do their jobs without being harassed, without being doxxed and sometimes without being assaulted! That’s totally unacceptable!”
“So yes, come out and protest. Protest me. Protest our immigration policy. But do it peacefully. If you assault a law enforcement officer, the Trump Administration and DOJ will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” Vance said.
Vance also slammed the media for lying about a “5-year-old detained by ICE.”
The five-year-old’s illegal alien father was arrested and agents took the child in so it wouldn’t freeze.
“What are they supposed do to?! Are they supposed to let a five-year-old freeze to death?!” Vance said.
