Kamala Harris Asked Why Biden Administration Never Released Epstein Files (VIDEO)

Kamala Harris was asked why the Biden Regime never released the Epstein files during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show.

“Why didn’t the Biden administration release the [Epstein] files? Was it something they felt would look bad with running against this guy? Why didn’t they come out during your administration?” Jimmy Kimmel asked Kamala Harris.

Harris delivered a word salad.

“We strongly and rightly believed that there should be an absolute separation between what we wanted as an administration and what the Department of Justice did,” Harris told Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday night.

“We absolutely adhered to that, and it was right to do that,” Harris said.

Except for the part where Biden’s DOJ-FBI indicted and raided Joe Biden’s main political opponent, Donald Trump.

In July, US Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche filed a motion asking a federal court to release grand jury transcripts associated with the Epstein cases.

The court documents are related to the 2019 grand jury indictment charging Jeffrey Epstein with sex trafficking offenses and the June 2020 grand jury indictment of Ghislaine Maxwell with numerous offenses related to the trafficking and coercion of minors.

“Since July 6, 2025, there has been extensive public interest in the basis for the Memorandum’s conclusions. While the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation continue to adhere to the conclusions reached in the Memorandum, transparency to the American public is of the utmost importance to this Administration,” they wrote in a court filing reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

“Given the public interest in the investigative work conducted by the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation into Epstein, the Department of Justice moves the Court to unseal the underlying grand jury transcripts in United States v. Epstein, subject to appropriate redactions of victim-related and other personal identifying information,” they said.

The judges initially declined to unseal the Epstein records citing grand jury secrecy.

However, Manhattan judge Richard Berman unsealed the documents earlier this month after President Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Bondi has until Friday evening to release the Epstein documents.
