Woke Immigration Judge Appointed By Biden Bursts into Tears After She’s Fired Halfway Through an Asylum Hearing

A woke immigration judge had an emotional reaction after the Trump Administration canned her while she was overseeing a hearing last week.

As The Daily Mail reported, 41-year-old San Francisco immigration judge Shuting Chen was in the middle of an asylum hearing for three Venezuelan siblings on Friday when an email labeled “notice of termination” flashed onto her screen.

When Chen saw this email, she immediately burst into tears. She then explained to the courtroom that she had been terminated and would be unable to finish the case.

“I started to cry in my courtroom in front of the parties, which I always tried not to do, despite the traumatic nature of our jobs,” Chen told NBC Bay Area News.

“I’m an immigrant myself, and I never took my role as a judge for granted,” she added. “I don’t just mourn the loss of a job but also the disintegration of a system.”

Chen, who was appointed by Joe Biden in 2022, then took a shot at the Trump Administration for cleansing the system of Biden regime appointees like herself.

“This is an all-out attack on the immigration court,” Chen said. “We began the year with 21 judges, and now we have nine, I think, in San Francisco.”

Unsurprisingly, Chen said she was never a “deportation judge” and is optimistic these new judges, including her replacement, will follow in her footsteps.

“I remain optimistic that people who are being brought on will not see themselves either as deportation judges, but as immigration judges, or just judges,” Chen told the outlet. “People who are trying to understand the law, who are grappling with it and thinking about it, and trying to do the right thing.”

In addition to Chen, another San Francisco immigration judge, Jeremiah Johnson, was also removed from his post.

“We are all public servants,” Johnson whined to NBC Bay Area News. “We spent years of our lives serving the United States government in this role.”

“And no explanation? No ‘thank you?’”

These firings are all part of Trump’s efforts to drain the swamp and ensure that judges interpret the Constitution and enforce immigration law.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, more than 100 immigration judges have been fired or resigned since President Trump took office this year. These include others from the Bay Area.

In July alone, 20 immigration judges were fired.
