Former Clinton hack Paul “The Forehead” Begala made a huge mistake in deciding to run his mouth about a ridiculous hit piece on Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, which blew up in his face when Scott Jennings challenged him, and the Internet brought receipts.
As TGP readers may know, leftist outlets published a gotcha piece alleging the Pentagon ‘wasted’ $22 million on lobsters and ribeye steak during a September 2025 end-of-year spending spree. The narrative pushed by the corporate media is that Hegseth and Department of War employees were dining on the products themselves.
Begala made this exact assertion on Wednesday’s episode of The Source With Kaitlan Collins while specifically pointing the finger at Hegseth. This promptly invited ridicule from Jennings.
After he said that the lobster and steak were for our soldiers, Begala scoffed and doubled down on his ignorance.
Then, Jennings turned to the cameras and said, “Internet, do something!” And users certainly delivered.
