Republican Oklahoma State Rep. Receives Violent Message for Coming to Defense of Christian Student

Republican Oklahoma State Representative Gabe Woolley, who has publicly supported University of Oklahoma student Samantha Fulnecky, is receiving violent threats for coming to the student’s defense.
Fulnecky, a Christian, received a zero grade from a transgender teaching assistant for not upholding a woke narrative for a paper on gender stereotypes.
Turning Point USA’s OU chapter shared, “For a psychology course at the University Oklahoma, Samantha Fulnecky was asked to write a 650-word essay reacting to an article about how people are perceived based on societal expectations of gender.”
“In her essay, Fulnecky argued that traditional gender roles should not be considered stereotypes. She cited the Bible to support her stance that eliminating gender in society would be “detrimental” because that would put people ‘farther from God’s original plan for humans.’”
“She received zero points out of 25 on the essay. Transgender professor, Mel Curtis, said Ms. Fulnecky, failed to use empirical evidence/and called parts of her essay offensive.”

WOW. Mel Curth, a transgender professor at @UofOklahoma, reportedly FAILED a student’s essay about “gender norms” because the student used the Bible to justify traditional gender roles.

Rep. Woolley publicly came to Fulnecky’s defense, which upset members of the violent left.
He shared the audio of one disturbing message, which stated, “Hi, this is a message for Rep. Gabe Woolley. Could you please pass this message on to him? Tell him to put a gun in his mouth and pull the trigger for all of our sakes. Thank you. Bye.”
Woodley wrote on X, “Once again, the reflexive response from the far-left to disagreement is hostility and attempts to silence opposing voices.”
“This is exactly why restoring a culture of open debate and civil disagreement is essential.”
“This wasn’t the first threat — but I felt I had to expose this one, especially in light of the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk.”
“And yes — the person telling me to ‘put a (gun) in my mouth and pull the trigger’ over my comments on the OU incident doesn’t even appear to live in Oklahoma.”
“I ran my campaign on transparency & exposure in an effort to restore power to the people. This is the product of declining academia.”
“The ideologies and mindsets being fostered in education are leading toward this type of behavior.”
“We can — and must — do better than this.”
