NEW: The New 28-Point Peace Plan for the Russia-Ukraine War by the Trump Administration Leaks – Pressure Mounts on Zelensky To Agree to It Fast

Trump may well get the war stopped by the end of the year.
Globalists are in total panic with the new 28-point plan for peace in Ukraine that has been reportedly drafted by top negotiator Steve Witkoff with input from key advisors like Marco Rubio and Jared Kushner.
Now, Axios is reporting that it obtained access to the full plan and had it verified by a Ukrainian official, a U.S. official, and a source familiar with the proposal.
Axios reported:
“The U.S. side is pushing Ukraine to make a deal on an ‘aggressive timeline’. And despite the plan including proposals Ukraine has repeatedly rejected up to now, President Volodymyr Zelensky is not ruling it out.”

Ukraine faces territorial concessions, military limitations, but also economic incentives.
The first point of the plan is: “Ukraine’s sovereignty will be confirmed.”
Ukraine would recognize Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk to Russia ‘de facto’, battle lines in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia would be frozen in place.
But Kiev would have to withdraw troops from parts of Donetsk into a demilitarized buffer zone, while Russia would relinquish other occupied areas.

Ukraine’s military would cap at 600,000 personnel.
Point 7 of the plan: “Ukraine agrees to enshrine in its constitution that it will not join NATO, and NATO agrees to include in its statutes a provision that Ukraine will not be admitted in the future.”
In exchange, the U.S. would provide explicit security guarantees to Ukraine.
Point 26 of the plan: “All parties involved in this conflict will receive full amnesty for their actions during the war and agree not to make any claims or consider any complaints in the future.”

Russia would in turn be reintegrated into global institutions by lifting sanctions, reinstating it in the G8, and fostering U.S.-Russia cooperation in AI, mining, energy, and infrastructure.
The timing does seem a bit optimistic, with reports that Zelensky is expected to sign the deal by Thanksgiving, after which it will be presented to Russia – and with the entire process expected to be finalized by early December, according to the Financial Times.
